• Generated annual revenue of $320,000 by spearheading a drive to in source business from other airport companies, promoting the utilization of the Southwest clinic instead of an offsite clinic
• Initiated joint venture with Comair and opened a lucrative satellite clinic in Portsmouth for Comair employees
• Innovated a post-job offer functional testing program to address the high percentage of injuries among new hires. Worked closely with Seacoast Human Resources Association and researched vendors
• Negotiated inpatient services volume discount with most utilized hospital system that will I save up to $100,000per year

• Coordinated availability of appropriate emergency care for passengers aboard flights that were diverted to Canada 9/11. Arranged for medical providers to meet over 19 staggered flights and 2000 passengers that arrived over the course of the next 6 days following the event
