• Initiated the development of a first-ever computerized purchasing/inventory system for the Newspaper Company resulting in substantial reductions on labor and materials costs; these improvements resulted in a request for support in the implementation of the system from the USA-based Newspaper. • Reduced operating costs by $500,000 per year by outsourcing an “in-house” printing department
